The owners were extremely welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The garden was a delight, with a small stream and pond, creating a peaceful and zen-like atmosphere. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. I highly recommend the Garden Lodge to anyone looking for a private and cozy getaway.

The owners were welcoming and accommodating, and fresh eggs were available from their chickens. The lodge was conveniently located near beautiful sights and places, making it an ideal base camp for exploring the area.

Taller guests may find the lodge a bit challenging, as the doors and ceilings were quite low. It would be helpful if the lodge had a full-length mirror and a designated space for doing makeup.

Lovely clean lodge with private garden, warm and plenty of hot water. Hosts left key on the table, like our own place. Great to sit and eat in the surrounding garden. Short walk to friendly pub with good food.

My stay at The Garden Lodge was absolutely delightful. The comfortable and clean accommodation exceeded my expectations. Even though there were a couple of minor inconveniences like hot water being very hot and no shower curtain in the bath, they did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I recently stayed at a small, cosy lodge in a lovely garden area. The lodge was immaculately clean and had everything I needed, including a gas bbq. The owners even provided fresh flowers from their garden for our anniversary. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I had such a great stay at the Garden Lodge! The value for money was excellent and the room was absolutely lovely. The location was perfect, close to amenities and with two pubs just a few minutes away. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.
